Custom Software Development
Software built around how your business actually works, not the other way round.
Discuss your needsWhat this service is
We design and build software for needs that off-the-shelf products do not cover: approval flows, operational monitoring, reporting, and integration with the systems you already run.
What usually brings people to us.
Data copied by hand
Numbers from one system are retyped into spreadsheets every day.
Processes scattered in chat
Requests and approvals are hard to track.
Late reports
Reports are only ready after being gathered from many files.
What you actually receive.
Working software
Web-based, usable from desktop and phone.
System integration
Connected to your existing ERP and databases.
Role-based access
Everyone sees only what their role needs.
Handover and support
Documentation, training, and support after launch.
How we work
From the first conversation to daily use.
- 01
Understand the process
We meet the people who run the process and map the flow before proposing anything.
- 02
Design and agree
Scope, stages and what is included are written down before work begins.
- 03
Build in stages
Each stage produces something you can try, starting with the riskiest part.
- 04
Test and launch
Tested with real users, then launched with a fallback plan in case something goes wrong.
- 05
Handover and support
Documentation, training and support until your team is comfortable using it.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
How much does custom software cost for a company?
There is no single price, because each application is built around how a company actually works. Cost is driven mainly by the number of features, how many user roles there are, integrations with other systems, the platform (web or mobile) and security needs. The fairest way to start: tell us the process, we map it out, then send a written breakdown of what is and is not included. We also suggest building in phases, so you can try the result before continuing.
What is the difference between custom software and off-the-shelf software?
Off-the-shelf software is quick to start and cheap upfront, but you adapt to the software. Custom software works the other way round: it is designed around your process, can connect to the systems you already run, and grows with the business. If your process is fairly standard, off-the-shelf is often enough, and we will say so plainly. Custom makes more sense when your process is unique, you need to control your data, or subscription costs keep growing.
When does my company need an information system or internal application?
Usually when the same data is retyped in several places, approvals are scattered across chat and email, reports are always late, or key knowledge lives in one person’s head. If several of these sound familiar, it is a good moment to map the single most painful process first, without overhauling the whole company at once.
How do I choose the right software house?
Look at relevant work, and check that they explain the problem solved, not just the look. Ask who actually does the work, what the process is, how changing requirements are handled, who owns the code and data, and what happens after launch. Be wary of a price far below other proposals with no breakdown. Feel free to ask us the same questions.
How long does an application take to build?
It depends on scope. A simple application can take weeks, while a system with many roles and integrations takes months. That is why we build in stages: each stage produces something you can try, so the benefit shows up earlier.
Who owns the code and data of the application?
This should be written clearly in the agreement from the start, including access to servers, domain and code repository. Your business data is yours, and you are entitled to know where it is stored and how it is backed up.
Is there support after the application goes live?
Applications need care: security updates, fixes and adjustments as the business changes. We agree the scope of support at the start, so there are no surprises later.
