There is no single price, because each application is built around how a company actually works. Cost is driven mainly by the number of features, how many user roles there are, integrations with other systems, the platform (web or mobile) and security needs. The fairest way to start: tell us the process, we map it out, then send a written breakdown of what is and is not included. We also suggest building in phases, so you can try the result before continuing.

Off-the-shelf software is quick to start and cheap upfront, but you adapt to the software. Custom software works the other way round: it is designed around your process, can connect to the systems you already run, and grows with the business. If your process is fairly standard, off-the-shelf is often enough, and we will say so plainly. Custom makes more sense when your process is unique, you need to control your data, or subscription costs keep growing.

Not necessarily from day one. But your own website gives you what other platforms do not: control over the look and your customer data, an identity distinct from thousands of other shops, and a presence on Google when people search for your business. It starts to pay off when customers keep asking the same questions, you want to serve other cities, or you sell to companies that check a business profile first.

At minimum: a home page that explains within seconds what you do and for whom, service or product pages, a portfolio or case studies as proof, an about page, and easy ways to get in touch. Each page should carry a clear call to action, such as a Contact us button. Technically, the site must load quickly, work well on a phone, use HTTPS, and be easy for you to update yourself.

Business process automation means repetitive work with clear rules is done by a system instead of a person: moving data between applications, sending reminders, or compiling a daily report. n8n is a tool for chaining such flows together, and it can run on your own server. We use it where it fits; if the need is better served by a dedicated application, we will say so.

The goal is to take over repetitive work, not to replace people. The assistant is designed to answer questions whose answer is clearly in your documents, and to hand the conversation to your staff when it is unsure. That leaves your team time for what really needs human judgement.
